I just started to get healthy again after having. Baby in April. So I'd just like to know if anyone has some good tips for cravings. I'm a chipaholic. Any kind will do. Plain potato chips Cheetos Doritos Fritos you name it! And I love cheese burgers and fries. How do I just quit cold turkey? I have type two diabetes and I was super healthy until I got pregnant last July. Help!!!

    Hi what I do when I am craving these like that is eat trail mix or a fiber one bar which they have some that are sweet. Or just try banana chips or something else that is crunchy. Lol
