Good morning all!
I am new to MFP so please be gentle- i couldn't find if this was previously posted, which i'm sure it was some where.
My daily routine includes some sort of cardio, be it jogging or a crossfit circuit, and I like to try eat clean with the "whole foods" concept.
I drink close to 1 gallon of water daily, and consume 1-2 protein shakes (arbonne if that's important, they're vegan protein, mixed with almond milk or just water).
I take 2 women's "active" multivitamins (that's what the lable says to take)
folic acid (for a healthy baby-maker)
and flaxseed.
Am i doing it right? Should i be taking additional vitamins? I know calcium is suggested for most women, but that's one that I have to avoid taking too much of due to kidney issues (apparently too much calcium can damage kidneys- according to the doc).
anyway, sorry for rambling. thanks for the read. Feel free to add me as a friend, I'm looking for motivated people to keep me going
Have a wonderful day!!!
