6 stone to lose!

Hey everyone .
I'm Deanna and I've just downloaded the app this morning.
It's something new for me and I'm hoping it's something I can work with long term.
I have a long way to go so any help , encouragement or tips from people who know the whole 'Can't keep the weight off' struggle is greatly appreciated.

    That was me two years ago. Now 3 and a half to 4 stone down(my weight fluctuates quite a bit), plus several clothfs sizes down too. Although I'm not at my original goal weight, getting to my goal weight is less important now Fitness and losing the last couple of wobbly bits are my goals rather than the number on scales.

    Stick with it, keep logging and don't be afraid of the so called "bad foods". I still eat everything I did before but have changed habits, individual ice cream bars rather than tubs so I have a portion rather than keep on eating until I reach bottom, weighing cereal rice and pasta rather than pouring in bowl, a roll, with soup rather than bread slices as with the slices I will grab three or four.

    Read the boards too as they can be really helpful especially on logging and weighing food.
