I'm 47 and tired of being overweight! I love kayaking, paddle boarding and boating. My goal is to look and feel better.

Cool! Keep on doing water sports
Most importantly though weigh everything you eat on a food scale and log everything correctly. You will lose weight simply due to a calorie deficit. You can do it!
