High Protein and Vitamin Calorie Dense foods?

Anyone know any high protein foods or food that are high in vitamins/minerals which are calorie dense? I've only eaten 500 calories today and not much protein or micronutrients so any tips will do :)

    Protein: chicken breast, egg whites, and white fish. Also sirloin steak, lean pork, shellfish, salmon, and tuna.

    Easy (and palatable) veggies and fruit for Vitamins: broccoli, carrots, cantaloupe, spinach, and bell peppers. These are what I focus on because I like them and they are good sources.

    You can also eat kale but I find it inedible.

    To up your calories add fat: whole eggs, while milk, avocados, nuts, and peanut butter. You can also use enriched cereals to up your calories and carbs and get iron.
