Hi not sure this in the correct place if not i will delete i. I have been aiming to eat 1000 calories a day but not using all of them because i'm busy with my little boy. so cutting weighing and counting them daily is proving hard I was wondering if something like slimming world would be better to help loose weight with or should I stick with the counting calories etc if this makes sense?
thanks

I had to look up Slimming World. It claims no hunger, no counting calories, and an "all you can eat" diet. I'd gain weight in a heartbeat following that kind of diet plan because my appetite is larger than my metabolism, lol. If I didn't have much of an appetite and only ate low-calorie foods, Slimming World sounds like it could work. But then, I wouldn't be overweight in the first place.

Why are you eating less than a 1000 calories a day?

Counting calories is not hard. If you can't be bothered to do such a simple task, I highly doubt you'll have success long term.

I don't know what Slimming World is but if it costs money, I think it's a waste, as you can lose weight for free.

Count your calories, start eating more , and exercise. Make it a priority.
