Time to get real

I have been using MyFitnessPal to track my weight and try to track meals (I usually get breakfast logged and then get lazy). I have had success with WeightWatchers in the past, but have gained 20 pounds in these last two years of menopause. I don't love the cost or the local WW leaders in the time slots I could attend, so I'd like to find a motivational group here. I also think counting calories makes more sense than points, and the food database here is amazing... I've got it connected to my Fitbit for activity, and do Zumba a couple of times a week.
Can someone suggest a good community group for me to join? I'd like to check in daily with successes and challenges. The choices in community are overwhelming! I believe consistent tracking (awareness) is the key to success, and I'm struggling with that.
