Hey all! I haven't been using MFP for a bunch of years while I was maintaining my 50lb weight loss, so I need new friends to share my path (and recipes! and exercise!) with! I went from 197lbs to 147lbs, and now am looking to reach my ultimate goal weight of 125 lbs! Pescetarian foodie who loves squats and body pump!
