I've been using this calculator lately to gauge how many calories I burn a day. Either I'll set myself as somewhat active (I do about 4,000-5,000 steps disregarding workouts) and add in exercise calories or I'll set myself at active (9,500-10,000 steps with exercise steps included) and not add in exercise calories. Either way, both get me to around 2,200 calories burned all day.
Does this site seem like a trusted one, though?
Thanks.
