Hello world! New here. Want to be friends?

Don't have a huge amount to lose, but I've been struggling to balance new fitness goals (beginner endurance cyclist) with a pretty stressful/isolating job (woman engineer), injury recovery (climbing accident), and mental health recovery (major depression). I think the structure of logging food/exercise will help me build better habits and focus on my goals. And I'd love to help you with you with your journey in any way I can!
