I'm a 34 yo female 170cm, 89.4kg and struggling to work out my activity level.

I'm a nurse and work 3 days a week in a medical ward so I'm on my feet 7 out of 8 hours.
Im doing 1 X 1 hour group training session a week (mix of cardio and body weight exercises) and X1 PT session of 45 min mainly weights/resistance with some cardio between sets. Plus I run around after 3 girls aged 4,7 and 9.

I walk on days I'm not training and average 14k steps a day.

I think after looking at TDEE calculators I'm sitting between MFPs lightly active setting so I've set my calories to 1750 day (1650 week days and 2000 on weekends). Does this seem right?

It's my first week so I'm planning on watching my losses for the next 4 weeks to work out if I'm losing at the expected rate.

Your schedule seems to fit an active profile.

When calculating activity level MFP does not include exercise. However, based on work and home activity, you are probably lightly active to active. You seem to have a good plan, set to lightly active, monitor for 3-4 weeks and adjust accordingly.
