Hello I'm a 63 year old RN trying desperately to get my eating and weight under control. 3 years ago I had cancer of the breast and during the treatment phase got very weak and lost a lot of muscle. I have never regained my strength and I'm tired of feeling so weak. I have battled my weight ever since puberty and have lost and gained many pounds over the years. I'm about 40 pounds overweight at this point definitely have an issue with night time overeating and would love to find a community of support. Today I did something good...I joined 24 Hour Fitness!!! So I would love to support and be supported!!!

Joining the gym was a second good step. Your first good move was realizing you should do something to get back on track. A healthy balanced diet and some level of daily activity will help you shed the xtra pounds. Best wishes

I'm ready to support you with 36 lbs to go. I love that you are ready to start working on yourself. It's never easy to go it alone. You can add friends by clicking on their name and adding them. Feel free to add me if you would like.
