Hey everyone! I have been a member of my fitness pal since 2010. I have majorly fell off the weight loss wagon and been ran over by said wagon. Could really use some supporter and motivators to get me back on track. I was in a wreck on 07/02/15 and have been packing on the pound every since. I sustained a major injury to my left foot and knee. I am just now getting over my foot surgery and starting to walk on it again with assistance of crutches. At one point about a year or so ago I was at 50% lean muscle. I so want to get me back on track and any help would be appreciated. I know I will have to start back slow because of my foot recovery but as long as I am headed in the right direction I will do slow. Slow is better that going no where except fatter!!

You got this! You don't need exercise to lose weight. It's all about what you eat. Exercise helps, but it is in no way necessary for weight loss. It is very great for other health reasons though. I know injuries can been tough because I've been there. Just don't let yourself eat when you are bored or down in the dumps.
Most of all, always believe in yourself. You are stronger than the challenges ahead.2
