It may be a method for some to lose weight. Losing weight may help with some T2D.
People fail with context. We've already had along discussion on PHCuk - they are far from legitimate and have been highly criticised by health authorities in the UK.
Of the points they raise 1-4 make sense. 5 is incorrect but not an unreasonable one as a way of eating for many.
6 is outright wrong. 7 is pure idiocy. 8 is not only empty phrasing, it's untrue and full of incorrect logic. 9 is false. 10 makes sense.5
