I just joined. I am 1/2 way to my weight goal. I was 232.6 on 4/1/16. I am currently at 206.8, heading for around 190. I have been following the keto-path which is working well for me. I've been reading a lot and listening to podcasts. Tracking and analyzing exactly what I've been eating has been the missing piece of the puzzle. My annual physical is in a few weeks. I'm anxious to see what has changed in my blood work compared to my last few.
