I want to avoid medication! So I'm determined to start on program to get healthy on my own. I hadn't been exercising previously due to heel spur/plantar fasciitus but that avoidance of exercise was a downhill vicious self-defeating cycle. I would like to lose at least 10% of my body weight. Maybe talking to like minded people would be inspiring!!
