    I've lost just over 40 pounds so far and have gone down in band size but not cup size.

    when i was in my 30s and lost all my weight initially...went from 170 to 130 and 36D-DD to 36B. body fat went from 42% to <20%; I'm 5'2".

    Well I know that weight gain makes bigger boobs. I was a 34dd and now I'm 38g and still not fitting right no matter what I do. I'm hoping that if I loose weight I loose boobs too. I feel so far.

    Me too, was a 28F when I started, lost 152lbs so far and now a 16H, so the band size went down, cup size went up.

    When I did my first round of weight lost, I went from a 40D to a 34DD. I lost 65 lbs and I was at 160 at my lowest.

    I have a friend that as been loosing and she has yet to change her bra size. Each person is different so don't compare yourself to anyone else.

    I'm hoping it works in reverse...I want bigger boobs...please don't let tied disappear entirely
