fat rolls

for anyone whos lost a lot of weight that had fat rolls on their legs... did it go away once you lost the weight? I have these awful rolls on my legs that im scared wont go away. picture a baby with rolls thats what mine look like except they are cute on a baby not me. thanks

    They go away. it's odd how each body part seems to take turns losing

    Exercise those thighs, hamstrings and calves. Drink lots of water too because it'll tighten the muscle and skin.

    They do go away but it all depends on how big you were and how much you lost. For example, I'm getting a cookie dough tummy with fat hanging over my waist from my weight loss. It's getting corrected in 6 months through surgery but you can def hide the imperfections.

    For example, my stomach I wear one of those compression camies. For my legs, a simple pair of tights work and no one notices.

    It's okay, they'll go away. Just continue to lower your body fat percentage. Eat at a calorie deficit

    Eating less than you burn through daily activity = calorie deficit.
