Maintaining goals while on vacation

Any suggestions on trying to stay fit while on a 2 week vacation? Leaving Friday and I don't want all of my hard work to go wasted :|

    Not sure where you are going or staying, but if its a resort destation, they tend to have excerise classes in the mornings. Also look for the health club exercise room. Or an even better idea explore the area by walking, hiking, swimming, bike rentals etc....

    Many times on vacation I find I actually walk more than when I'm at home. Just keep portions in check and you should be fine!

    Try exercise - that's good for fitness.

    Find somebody weight routines & take them with you. Google is yoir friend. Walk as much as possible.

    If you are at a resort where the place has a full kitchen, use it. I'm heading to Orlando for about 10 days and my first order of business after getting into the place is grocery shopping before I hit the resort bar and start ordering all that fried goodness.
