Diet, Exercise, Workout. All these terms could be the reason you're making no progress.

A diet is generally a short term intervention to achieve a weight-loss goal BUT don't you want to be healthy and in shape all year round?

Let's look at some terms you can change to make health and fitness a lifestyle and not just a last minute card pull...

Stop saying "I'm on a diet" and start saying "I'v just tweaked my eating habits"... It's a lifestyle you want and not a short lasting hype.. Change terms like "workout" and "exercise" to "training", training has a goal in sight type of sound to it as opposed to its common counterparts.

Envision yourself fitting in with the world of the "fit fam" and don't think you're an outsider - it starts on the tongue and in the mind.
