Looking to lose a few more lbs quickly before the wedding. Any suggestions??

You might lose a pound or two if you stick to a caloric deficit. Anything more extreme tends to not be realistic or safe.0

If you are eating at a healthy deficit you might lose 2-4 lbs. Enter your age, height, weight and activity level into MFP. Choose a reasonable goal like 1 lb a week. Eat the calories you are given. Log everything you consume as accurately as you can.
Don't start a drastic calorie reduction or intense exercise less than 2 weeks before your wedding.
Watch your sodium intake.0
