womens weight lifting advice

I recently joined the gym and am looking for a good weight lifting program to follow. My goals are to lose weight and add lean muscle. I have finished Chalean extreme at home with my bowflex dumb bells which focuses on heavy weights and low reps, I saw great results but im ready for something more! Any tips or advice are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
