HIIT logging

Hi! So I've started myself on a new exercise plan which involves doing HIIT for around 20-30 minutes a few days a week. My question is how do I go about logging this on MFP? I've tried to add things like squats etc in the past and it doesn't give me a calorie adjustment so I'm not sure how to work it all out

    There is a circuit training one in cardio i use that for the circuit hiit class i do , I don't really know a lot about how mfp works but the les mills bodypump class which is 60 min class doing weights is in under cardio not weights hopefully someone with way more knowledge on here will jump in for you :)
