Hi there,I am 18 and around 6 ft in high. I also weigh around 11 St mabye slightly more. My overall build is sort of skinny. I was wondering if there is any exercises or workouts people would recommend,I am looking to put on as much muscle mass and strength as possible in the next few months and before anyone says I am not one off these people who aim to put in as much muscle before summer and then let them selves go it is purely for sporting reasons. I am currently doing a legs,push,pull workout money to Friday and working core everyday if anyone has better suggestions it would be appreciated

I've done a few programs on body building.com the one I haven't done but that I'd do if I was picking a program would be Arnold's blueprint to mass. It's set up as push pull legs twice per week.
Always focus on good form, don't try to lift more then you can handle.
Diet is important too. For muscle building you need a slight surplus also make sure you get adequate protien. I like 1 gram per pound of LEAN bodyweight.0 -
Find a progressive lifting program and follow it. Eat at a calorie surplus and get enough protein.
