Can someone give me a list of what they eat for breakfast lunch and dinner and losing weight?

    I put my stats in MFP (My Fitness Pal). This will give you a calorie count based on your height, weight, age, gender, activity level. Then I log everything I eat. This teaches me portion control.

    For breakfast I like to include protein, fat and fiber. A Greek yogurt parfait with FiberOne, berries and chopped nuts works.

    For lunch I like to include protein, fat and fiber. A large green salad with grilled chicken, shredded cheese and light(ish) dressing. Lots of things work here.

    For dinner I like to include protein, fat and fiber. Generally a generous portion of veggies, a starchy side (sweet potatoes) and lean meat.

    For snacks, individual portions help keep me on track. Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares, or a light(ish) ice cream bar or some light(ish) popcorn.

    You should make this YOUR OWN. Learn about what's right about the foods you eat, and what's wrong about the foods you eat. Learning these things, along with learning portion control gives you the tools you will need to keep the weight off.

    A temporary dietary change to lose weight so very often leads to temporary weight loss.

    It's all about calories. You can portion whatever you like and make it work for you.
