Those must be very small servings. Looks good though, although I have no idea what 'low fat spread' is and would just use butter!0

That looks yummy, but I have an issue with the portion size. If I make a 9x9 cake, I cut it into 9 pieces and I still consider that a small serving size! What size is this serving?? I'm curious.0

It says it makes 18 slices in a 25cm x 20cm (10x8in) tray. It does look lovely though (probably a bit too lovely for me to leave the rest in the tray!)1
