For Muslims - Anyone was able to lose weight during Ramadan

Hi,
Anyone has successful experience in losing weight during Ramadan (Fasting) ?
Please share.

Ramadan Meal System

First meal : Suhoor (Before Dawn) - About 3 AM Full Fasting for about 15 hours Second meal : Breakfast (After Sunset) - About 7 PM Between 9 and 11 PM we can have a Snack.

    I would think that you'd be able to lose weight during this time. Just be mindful of the quantity and the types of foods that you are eating instead of all of the "festive" foods.

    I did last year. Controlled portion is the key. Try to incorporate exercise which I didn't and now regert but this year going to. Happy ramadan.

    You can certainly lose weight during this time. I have. Just make sure to stay healthy while doing it, you're essentially having one large meal per day with nothing at all else, for a month. Try to pack all your dietary needs in there but keep an eye out. It's easy to get carried away when ur hungry af.
    Nd also if you're going to incorporate exercise, that's fine, but be very careful and avoid your full workout I'd say, because you can't hydrate yourself and sustain your energy for the rest of the day. Enjoy Ramadan
