Veggies with low carb dips (like french onion dip), cheese strings, beef jerkey, pepperoni slices (yes, eating them alone)0

Replacing potatoes or pasta with cauliflower. Cauliflower mash, mac & cheese, fried rice, etc. With a lean meat and salad or more veggies on the side. Raw veg & dip. Lots of eggs. deviled eggs. I could go on & on.

I'm new to the Low Carb life-style change..but the past 4 weeks, I've been snacking a lot on: Cheese, Salami, Bacon, Hard boiled eggs, and small portion of nuts. I'm sure I'll discover more snack items, the more I go. Recently, I found out that pickles (well, the brand that found) are no calories and no carbs, which is a good little switch if you're craving something different.0
