Repeat for 3 years and never use air conditioning no matter how hot or cold.

Is this a good workout plan?

    Sorry, but this is terrible.

    I actually value my hair.

Hopefully this won't cause me to lose my hair. I ran 10k this morning. I'm not to the point where I can do this every day yet. Still, I think the training would be good plus I don't have hair as nice as your @rainbowbow

You would burn more calories by having to get up to turn the air conditioning on and off. Not using it is lazy tbh, you'll never succeed with that attitude.

That's not enough. You have to change it up every day to keep your body guessing. One day you run a 10k, another day you run a trail 100k, another day you smoke crack, then drive the wrong way on the freeway. If that doesn't shock your metabolism, paying me $100 to do HIIT will.

    Broscience.

I'll keep this in mind. I don't know if going the wrong way down the freeway is a good idea however.

    Thanks for the tips.

I think you'd need to double that workout at least....

And if I need to spell it out - no this is not a sensible plan.
Our bodies need rest days at the very least.
There's also no need to run 10k every day, 3 times a week would be sufficient unless training for a marathon..

No, it's not a sensible plan. If you want to compete in an Olympic 10-K race, learn how Olympians train for it. If you have to make a living or want a family, you won't be able to keep up the time commitment.

No, not at all. 100 push-ups for me rested is 2 sets, maybe 3 at most. 100 sit-ups is nothing. What are your goals, and why would you do so much volume with absolutely no progression?

No, you left out 100 pull ups. You'll need those for a sexy back
