Confused

According to the scale I have lost about 40 pounds. But, all of my measurements are the same and all of my clothes fit exactly the same. What's going on? =/ I know I should be happy but I really don't understand

40 pounds? Same scale, same location? Same clothes, especially jeans?

That is odd. I'm down two jean sizes at 33 pounds lost.

My clothes fit me for quite a few pounds too, mostly because they were too tight when I started, and were the kind that had some give to them. Could you just be forgetting how they fit before?

Check your batteries in your scale. Something is off.

Did you take measurements or photographs along the way?

Maybe forgetting how tight they were before, but I guess I was just expecting more room now and not seeing it as "results"
    ? idk lol.

Ive tried three different scales and all of them were basically the same. I didn't believe I lost that much that's why I tried three different ones

That is very weird... Are you exercising as well? Maybe your body isn't getting toned or maybe you're losing more muscle mass than fat?

I do cardio about 6 times a week, walk about 6-8 miles a day and a little weights. I can't figure out where I'm losing from >.< I've been measuring my arms, thighs, stomach, neck and stuff.... Nothing's changed

Same issue I have - just keep at it. Eventually we have to start losing from where we are measuring.

Any pants you remember growing out of lying around to try on?
