Recent injury has restricted gym workouts. Have been binge eating for a month and can't remain in the correct mindset; looking for suggestions.

Were you trying, before injury, to outrun a bad diet? How has the injury been able to trigger the binge eating?0

I was in the same situation last August. I talked myself into just logging as a first step. That reminded me to get adequate protein and fibre and I stopped binging that same day. After a couple days of proper nutrition I felt ready to try a small deficit. The minute I felt stressed or overwhelmed by anything I took my calories back to maintenance levels. I've lost weight while injured, it's tougher imo, but doable. Btw, are swimming, rowing, cycling or limited weights an option?0
