Pcos - need motivation

Hi guys I really need to hear some positive words right now.
I've been trying to lose weight for a good 5 years on and off. I've lost 35lbs which is good but wow was it slow.

I have pcos since I hit puberty and started piling on the weight. I was obese by age 15....and only diagnosed at 19 I'm 22 now and I weigh 145lbs at 5 foot 2 but I cannot for the life of me lose it anymore. The loss is so slow so painstakingly slow that I am losing the will to carry on. I only wanna lose 15lbs more but I haven't budged the scale since January very much.

I even put on a lb when I had a bbq and it's driving me insane that I can't even have 1 cheat day. I burst into tears today half way through my strength training with my PT. I don't know if I wanna bother anymore with such *kitten* results. I HATE THIS CONDITION.

Your friend loses 8lbs in a week by diet and some gym time and I lose nothing. It just makes me wanna crawl under a rock.

I'm going on holiday in July and wanted to get in shape for then but looks like it's impossible....

I train hard on Mondays for an hour and go jogging 2 times a week and get in squats and wright lifting where I can.

I eat 1200 cals or so. My diet was goood for ages and then some days I'll have a carby thing... blah I just wish I never had to worry about it.

If anyone has success with pcos let me know. My gut is the size of the moon.
