Hi all I am 54 next week and have been on a exercise regime for about a month. I have been seeing a personal trainer once a week and have lost 5 kg (I'm in oz). I try to walk about 10 km each day. I was going well with my treadmill
At home and then extra walking through the day. But I think I gave the treadmill a coronary because a few weeks ago it died (RIP). So I went and bought a cross trainer/bike. I hate it I can only manage 5 minutes each go. I'm hoping I'll get used to it. I am getting married in October and want to lose another 7-8 kgs. I used a community support app to give up smoking two years ago and found the support great so I thought is give this a go. It is great for recording foods though! How easy! Have a good day all x
