Should I do cardio

During Ramadan? I'm eliminating junk this month which means I'll be consuming around 1300 calories. My bmr is 1400. I'm eating calorie dense food and trying to get my veg and fruit in as well as 110g of protein in the 4hour eating window I have.
I'm going to be doing 4 lifting sessions a week. As my total daily calories are under my bmr as it is, should I leave cardio well alone? This is for 30 days

Your logic about focusing on lifting sessions makes sense.

You can eat early morning or kate at night, right? That would seem perfect timing for exercise, although if it were ne I would up my calories by having a protein drink after exercise.0
