My name is Cynthia. I have already lost 50 pounds simply by overcoming depressive over eating by my EX HUSBAND!! My fiancé encouraged and supported me to lose the weight. I have 20 pounds to go to make it to 105. (I am only 5'2"). I would like to be 100, actually. So 20-25 pounds to go. I am a very strict eater and have decided from my man's advice to include fitness. I already am a walker and clock in 50 minutes a day. Now I just joined a gym. Where I will take classes and may get a personal trainer, plus workout on my own. I am a highly ambitious and goal oriented person, and there is NOTHING I BELIEVE I CAN NOT ACHIEVE WHEN I SET MY MIND TO IT!!
Would love to make ambitious friends who are achieving their goals!!
