Bean burger recipe.

Does anyone know of a good bean burger recipe that will not dry out in the fridge so I can make a big batch or that freeze well.

The only ones my grocery store sell has soy of some kind in them and my stomach does not get along with soy.

Really cheap and easy to make and you can add extra veg in if you want. They freeze well as long as you coat them in flour or breadcrumbs to stop them sticking together.

I love chickpea patties. I use the recipe from a site called Cooking Whims, if I recall correctly. I think you can find it on Google if you type in "Cooking Whims - Whip it up Wednesday - Chickpea tahini patties". They freeze excellently, I just put a strip of waxed paper or aluminum foil between each patty in an airtight container. They're fine for at least a month. (They do dry out in the fridge, though.)
