Question about Happy Scale app

Iv been weighing myself in daily and putting data in my happy scale app. It's been up and down as expected due to fluctuations but I wonder what shall I actually pay attention to?
Is it moving average? Or?

    The moving average is what I look around, it evens out those fluctuations.

    I prefer to use trend weight as I like the layout better and it gives you 1 number to look at.

    I think I always pay more attention to trend weight but was curious about moving average as well as it shows less weight that today's scale number ... Thank you!
