I've updated my current weight with the progress.. don't know what else to do. all other calculators are giving me 1990 a day vs 2100.. it's a 770 calorie different each week.
I'm down to 263 and have been for 2 weeks fluctuating between 261 and 264... last time I used MFP I got stuck at this weight for a month and it got the best of me and I gave up.. I don't want to give up again but it's frustrating.

Do you do the weight check in? after that make sure you go to goals and down at bottom hit save.

You need to rerun the goals section to get an updated calorie intake goal.
In app go to goals and tap either your activity level or your rate of loss. You should get a prompt about it recalculating goals.
On the website, go to goals and look for the guided set up link above where it shows you the current calorie goal.0 -
after you do the weigh check in go to goals, click guided set up and then update profile at bottom. see if that changes it0

MFP doesn't update your goal automatically. You need to go and tell it to recalculate using the goals function.0

ahh got it thanks... but it's only giving me 50 calories less a day after 35lbs of weight loss... does that seem like very little change?0
