I like just avocado, red onion, garlic powder, and cumin.I do not put lime or lemon in it. I do not care for that taste, and usually eat what I make at the same time.

    Avocado
    La Victoria "Hot" salsa
    Salt
    Pepper

    Easy!

(Sometimes I add a little garlic and onion powder, if I want to get fancy)

I like to use a couple of ripe avocados, some lime juice, a little salt and pepper (to taste), and some chili garlic sauce.

Here in Mexico most people make guacamole with avocados, onion, cilantro and lime juice and maybe a bit of salt and pepper.
The guacamole in tourist places is much fancier....lol.

This would be my suggestion to make it easy. Good luck on your dinner, hope it turns out well.

If you wanted to go all out and break your back making a guacamole totally from scratch it would just be my fave standby
    2 avocados
    2 roma tomatoes
    1/2 chopped spanish onion
    fresh cilantro to taste
    fresh jalapeno's one or two
    fresh lime juice
    ground sea salt
    freshly cracked black pepper

but we have these things lying around all the time so it's easy. I wouldn't go out shopping for everything at the last minute. If I were throwing together a dinner and wanted to limit my time and budget and didn't already have all these ingredients handy or the tools to chop em up fast, Molly's recipe sounds so yummy. And I know that salsa is good and would make your guacamole yummy.

I think I'm going to make mine with two avocados, diced tomatoes which have garlic and onion seasoning, lemon juice (I only have a lemon), a bit of garlic powder, salt, and pepper. I hope it tastes good! I'm obsessed with Chipotle so I wanted to make my own version.

    Mine is very very basic.

    Ripe avacado (1-2 avacados)
Fresh Lime juice (1/2 a lime)
garlic powder (to taste) (1/8-1/4 tsp? - not sure never really measured just put a few dashes/sprinkles)
Season all (or Lawry's Seasoned Salt) (to taste) (1/8-1/4 tsp? - not sure never really measured just put a few dashes/sprinkles)
A dash of tabasco (optional - if you like a bit of heat)

Mash up the avacado, add the lime, seaoned salt, garlic powder, stir and enjoy!

    This sounds AWESOME!!

All I use is 1 avacado, lemon or lime juice, minced garlic and pepper. Before i was counting calories I used to add mayo. Now I don't because honestly I just like the natural tastes together.

You got me in the mood for some guac so I made some last night and spread it on our BLT's. It was super yummy :-)

WOW! I realized I make the same Guac!

though super secret secret since all of you are like family. Leave the seed in the guac that prevents it from going brown. Use less lemon or lime.

the guac i make is similar to pretty much everything listed here, but i love fresh ground cumin in it - and fresh cilantro.
