Back at it again!

Hey guys and gals!

I've been here before, but this time I have no choice but to stick to it. I'm finally in a position where I am able to spend more time taking care of myself. I'm better able to meal prep and exercise. (Long story short, I had to eliminate a bunch of toxic people from my life)

I'm also getting ready to have the gastric bypass surgery in the next 3-6 months and need to know that I can mentally handle it and am prepared to work hard to keep the weight off.

Yesterday was my first full day of logging food. This morning I was supposed to get up and hit the gym, but that didn't happen. :neutral:

I need inspiration, motivation, genuine people who are in it to win it!

    You can include me, too - I have 30-40 to lose & am having a tough time making the scale show me lower numbers.
  • Thanks, ladies! I'm trying to take it one day at a time. Yesterday I only drank one coke zero when normally I could chug about 6-8 without even realizing it. So, I think that was awesome! What have you ladies done to show your will power?
