Hello,
I would like some good and honest advice.

I anticipate losing approximately 20 pounds in 4 months (Possibly 4 or 5 per month)

I am 5'4 - 155lbs

I would like to be 140.

I feel like this is a very legit goal but what is your best advice for how many calories and how long should I work out per day?

Do I seem pretty legit with goals?

    At your size about 1/2 lb a week would be a reasonable goal.

    Keep mentally and physically stimulated. Whether you're working out, or decluttering the house, you're still moving!
