Hi! I am just starting to add free weights to my exercise regimen, and am using some 20 min free weight circuit programs I found online. How do I add this into the exercise section of myfitnesspal? I have no idea how many calories I'm burning. Do I add each exercise in separately, or is there a way to just enter "20 min free weights" and it will calculate how many calories someone of my age/weight/gender is burning?
Thank you!
Thank you!

I added them each separately but like you I struggle to know how many calories I burn?0

If you are looking for the calorie burn for weights, log it in under cardio. Strength training just logs the workout for you.
Try using the circuit training entry.0 -
I do both. I log strength training under the cardiovascular tab and then the individual exercises under the strength training tab. That way, I know how long I worked out and also keep track of my weights and sets.0
