Hello, I just started using this website yesterday but I have used another one like it in the past. I find that I tend to spend too much time on them and get burned out so one of my goals is to only update my journal once or twice a day.
I have about 100 pounds to lose and have gotten to the point where I can't just let it go any longer. Graduate school has "helped" me put on 40 pounds in just two years and its not healthy!
I am interested in chatting with people who have similar weight loss goals, and also with people interested in organic and local food culture. I get a weekly box of fresh veggies and fruits, and a monthly box of lean, ethically raised meat from local farms.
The thing I need the most encouragement in is working out! I highly dislike nearly all forms of working out. I like swimming but only in the ocean really. I am just going to have to buckle down and stick to my goals this time.
