High blood pressure, low sodium diet

I am battling high blood pressure and swelling. This has been a wake up call to eat better, exercise and lose weight. The low salt part is especially hard even though I don't salt foods.

    I had same issue. Hit the gym daily and learned about nutrition through YouTube videos. Started seeing progress then became obsessed as I went from 2XL down to Medium BodyFit clothes. Hit 3 weeks straight to make it a habit, stick to your daily routine. I dropped 10lbs monthly and packed on muscle. Didn't starve myself, still eat whatever I want within moderation and all my favorite foods that I reserve for my REFEED day / carb reload once a week.m. Flexible dieting. U can do it!! Foooocus! Good luck! Btw: Google and YouTube everything I mentioned, learn it.

    I had a real problem with this, logged all meals, then found the only way to stay under my sodium intake was to eat only the food I was preparing at home. No eating out, no processed. All that is loaded with sodium!
