Knee update

I guess its not too bas of news but the sports doc took xrays and said it appears to be Osteoarthritis of rhe knee from the xrays. Said within 20yrs of ACL surgery its xlose to 100% to get that. Its been 16yrs. There isnt alot of room between bones on inner knee. The plus side is, no restrictions except pain as tolerated.

Know where you're coming from. I have bone-on-bone arthritis in my knee. I've also had a double hip replacement last year my age is 56.
My orthopedist who teaches at a teaching Hospital, told me that there's a lot of new and unique technology, when you're ready to replace the knee, that's very low invasive and will Outlast you. It's not like the old days where the new joint might last five to ten years then have to be replaced.1
