Not really but I'm on step one. Is it best to build muscle or diet to lose fat first. I want definition and to be thick. I just have a long way to go.
What would you suggest to get started?

If you aren't obese, start on strength training and eat at what you think is maintained. Aim for around 2200 calories and see where that leads you. Eat both carbs and protein both before and after your strength workouts. Try to get .8 g protein per pound of body weight every single day at the very least. Strength train no more than 3x a week but feel free to do things like yoga or cardio on the other days. Good luck!
