been awhile

been awhile, but i'm back! looking to shed about 10-15 pounds of fat and add some muscle/improve strength. I've been an active runner the last 3-4 years(marathons,half marathons,ocr,etc.) but have reduced running and been more concentrating on weight training. before I started running, I managed to lose 183 pounds and have kept most of it off for the Iast 6 years. I have put on that extra 10-15 lbs recently and it unfortunately is not all muscle(wawa)

    Hey! I love LOVE to run (but a true middle-of-the-packer) and have run two marathons and two half marathons this past year. I am currently training for another half(July) and full (Oct). No matter how much I run, I can not seem to drop the 15 lbs I'd love to kiss goodbye. Ugh!!
