Got a personal trainer and I'm ready to go!

Hello everyone!
I'm pretty new here but today i finally decided to write something. I just came back from the gym where I talked to a trainer and made him my personal trainer. He is about to create some hardcore workouts for me (from what he told me, 2 hours a day at least, 4 days a week) and a menu which should help me lose weight. I'm a vegetarian and former handball player (European handball, not the tennis looking one lol)
I'm only 22 and pretty overweight. I weight 220 pounds and i should weigh around 125 pounds for my height.
If someone wants to ask any questions or wants to do this with me.. please contact me.
