Hi! I'm Beatrice, two years ago I lost 29 lbs using MFP. Within the past year I have gained it all back & lost control of myself. I have started jogging/running for the first time in my life & trying to eat healthier as well to lose weight. I know this app & support of friends once again will keep me motivated & on track to my weight loss goals! I have a Fitbit & several running/workout apps I use to stay on track & find my best workout options. I look forward to supporting one another on our journeys to a better us!

Hi Beatrice, you are welcome to make me a friend. I have just passed over the 366-day mark. I have also lost my discipline, looking to regain it. Having said that I am maintaining my weight.0
