Hello everyone, I hope that you all are doing fantastic with your lifestyle changes. I am here to get healthy. I want to lose 115 pounds by May 1st, 2017. I am hoping that by making small goals which my first will be to lose 5 pounds within 2 weeks. I am here to hopefully find support and friends that we can motivate, congratulate, and cheer up each other.
